Community Opposition, 2013
Although FMOG requested a waiver of public hearing as was done in the PA3 2008 application, a public hearing was still held on September 24, 2013, where concerned residents brought attention to a number of ways the site was violating conditions of their permits and operating irresponsibly, without respect for nearby residents.

The Zoning Administrator overseeing the case decided that the case should be rescheduled due to the deficiency in notice requirement by FMOG. |
